About Burwood Lodge B&B
Built in 1898, Burwood Lodge was once part of the Crown Hotel estate, but now proudly stands on its own, with a long tradition of friendliness and hospitality. It is surrounded by half an acre of grounds and lies between the village high street and the open forest. There is a car park at the front and gardens to the side and rear. Croquet, badminton and swing ball are available on request during the summer. The tv lounge also offers a varied selection of reference books, novels and board games. Bedrooms are fully en suite and include a large single, two doubles and two family rooms. Meals, using only the freshest local produce, are served in the peaceful dining room.
