This white smock windmill has been a Rye landmark since 1820 and was more recently a bakery. Bedrooms located in the purpose-built extension have good beds and en suite facilities are generously proportioned. Breakfast taken in the old granary is a freshly-cooked affair from well-sourced local ingredients including local butchers' sausages and some good local fruit juices.
